“I have been attending Rock Hill Pilates since April 2024 and knew I would be enjoying it for some time to come from the first visit! I have tried a lot of different instructors and classes. They’re all great and different in their own ways (classes and instructors). Everyone is so warm and welcoming. I really appreciate the smaller class sizes. I love that the instructors all make a point to walk around and check out our form at different times throughout the sessions. I have been experiencing different issues between my back and upper hip over the last nine years or so from previous powerlifting. Attending Pilates provides me with some relief. I feel like Pilates forces me to get in all of the critical stretching exercises I’ve forgotten during the week after strength training five days. My core and balance have surely strengthened and improved! It’s like my active rest day, even though I feel like my butt has been kicked every time I come lol. So grateful to have found this place, it’s so close and convenient to my home.”

“I don’t know where to start…The instructors here are so good. Kate is so kind and patient. Julianna explains the movements so beautifully making sure your body and mind connect. You can always count on Genelle to bring great energy, if you’re having a bad day you won’t after a class with her. Aubrey is such gem and encouraging. Candice who is the owner, who will definitely push you (in a good way lol) and have you surprised at just how much your body can actually do ! Oh and you can guarantee she’ll have a great playlist for class. To make a long story longer, it’s been 3 months and no matter which class I take, I know it’ll be a good class. The instructors are so knowledgeable, making sure safety comes first, the best of the best! You won’t regret giving this studio a try!”

“I started Pilates very hesitantly as a new, but older student, but have been delighted with the classes, instructors, and results! The classes are small enough that I get the 1:1 attention and corrections that I need. There are always alternatives and progressions offered depending on skill/comfort level. Everyone here is extremely helpful. I highly recommend this locally owned studio!”

“I have had the BEST time working with Candice in private sessions. I have been in chronic abdominal pain for over 20 years due to severe endometriosis and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. Back in January of this year, I had a surgery to finally free me from that daily pain but my body was in rough shape after that long period of being limited by pain. My physical therapist recommended reformer Pilates to me, and I have been doing private sessions here for about 3 months. Candice goes above and beyond for me in every session. She even did extra research into my diagnoses so she could make sure she was giving me the absolutely best moves for my body. I can already tell a huge improvement in my strength and stamina. She has me successfully executing moves I never DREAMED I’d be strong enough to do! I HIGHLY recommend taking an intro class with her if you are interested in this at all. I promise, once you do, you’ll never want to stop! I don’t even look at the clock when I’m in there- I have fun from the very beginning to end and always am a little sad when it’s over!”

“I have been taking classes at Rock Hill Pilates for a few months now, and it has been great! The class sizes are small enough where the instructors can still give personal feedback during the classes, and every instructor I’ve taken classes with so far has been really knowledgable and offers different perspectives and exercises regarding Pilates. Everyone is friendly and there are a good variety of class options. I always prefer local, small business fitness studios when possible because they have a more personal and high-quality feel, and Rock Hill Pilates is no exception!”
