WHAT WE OFFER

  • Personal Training: private or duet sessions with customized programming for all fitness levels. Whether you are recovering from an injury, postpartum, an athlete, or anything in between, private sessions are excellent for those with a specific fitness goal in mind.

  • Reformer Pilates Classes: small group classes (6 person max) utilizing the Pilates reformer, springboard, and various equipment. Beginner to advanced.

  • Barre Classes: small group classes (5 person max) at our ballet barre.
