Rock Hill Pilates is a locally owned boutique fitness studio offering small group reformer Pilates, barre classes, and personal training sessions. Located on Oakland Avenue, we are within walking distance of both downtown and Winthrop University.

Our small-scale approach allows for personalized attention, hands on correction, and a safe learning environment for all clients.

We believe in making Pilates accessible for all bodies and are thrilled to be the first reformer Pilates studio in beautiful Rock Hill, South Carolina.
